(“viNGN”) whose headquarters is located at 3 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, and which has St. Thomas offices located at Warehouse K, 9015 Havensight Mall, Estate Thomas, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802, intends to intends to acquire Group Health Insurance for its employees with an effective date of December 1, 2021 as more fully set forth herein.
