Notice of Invitation. Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority invites qualified independent Certified Public Accountants, who are licensed to practice in the United States Virgin Islands (hereafter, the “Offeror” or “prospective firm”), to submit proposals to perform an audit and report on the blended financial statements of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“the Authority”), and the separate financial statements of the West Indian Company (“WICO), the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (“viNGN Kings Alley Management, Inc., and Lonesome Dove Petroleum Company for the years ending September 30, 2023, September 30, 2024 and September 30, 2025. Note that the single audit will be occurring at the primary Government level.
