(“viNGN”) whose headquarters is located at 3 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, and which has St. Thomas offices located at 9012 Havensight Mall, Suite 1, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802, intends to procure Supply and Installation of Exterior Wall Mounted Packaged Air Conditioner Units on St. Thomas and St. Croix. Persons or firms interested in being considered for this opportunity are requested and encouraged to submit their bids. Bids viNGN reserves the right to select a single firm or two firms for this procurement in order to obtain the best value consistent with the selection criteria set forth in Part II of this solicitation.
