viNGN, INC. ("viNGN") whose headquarters is at 3 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, with St. Thomas offices located at Warehouse K, 9015 Havensight Mall, Estate Thomas, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802, intends to retain the services of one or more licensed contractors to perform routine and non-routine aerial and underground fiber optic installation, maintenance and repair services on St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island. Firms interested in being considered for this opportunity are requested to submit their proposals.
Proposals may be submitted for aerial or underground services or both for all four (4) islands, one island, or a combination provided that proposals submitted for more than one island are broken down by island. viNGN reserves the right to select multiple firms or a single firm in order to obtain the best value consistent with the selection criteria set forth in Part II of this solicitation.
