RFP 2024-004 Diesel Delivery to Fiber Access Points on St. Thomas and St. John

viNGN, INC. (“viNGN”) whose headquarters is located at 3 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, and which has St. Thomas offices located at 9012 Havensight Mall Suite 1, Estate Thomas, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802, intends to acquire diesel delivery services for its Fiber Access Points (FAPs) on St. Thomas and St. John. Persons or firms interested in being considered for this opportunity are requested and encouraged to submit their proposals, which may be presented as a fixed dollar amount, as a market price plus a percentage, or other pricing structure as long as the proposal clearly articulates all cost elements and provides a detailed breakdown and description of all terms and conditions so as to enable viNGN to assess the merits and technical attributes of each proposal
