viNGN, INC. (“viNGN”) whose headquarters is located at 3 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, and which has St. Thomas offices located at, 9012 Havensight Mall, Suite 1, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802, intends to acquire Group Health Insurance for its employees with an effective date of January 1, 2025 as more fully set forth herein.
